Beirin

Beirin

"I'm Morian, of course."

Name: Beirin
Gender: Male
Skin Color:Pale Cream
Hair Color: Brown
Eye Color:Medium Dark Blue
Species:Human
Size:5'5" tall
Age:15
Personality:

Beirin has spent so much time pretending to be his twin sister Morian that he can no longer draw a line between them and say 'this is me'. He can vaguely recall a time when he was always leading the way, and Morian was the only one talking back to their mother, but time and effort has a way of blurring things together. He knows with certainty that he isn't a person without Morian around, as so much of his life has been dedicated to her that the idea of being without is both terrifying and heartrending.

Collectively, they're honest and bluntly straightforward, with their father's work ethic -- work before play, no matter how much they want to play.

They take turns being the 'dominant' twin, depending upon who wakes up feeling bolder each morning. The 'dominant' twin is more likely to make decisions for the two of them or lead the way into a new place -- in the end though, it's more akin to the current 'dominant' twin holding two votes to the other twin's one, with both getting their say before the final decision is made.

Description:

Beirin is a rather feminine male, from the shape of his chin to the delicate grace of his hands, which serves him well when he's pretending to be the female of the two. Like his sister, his hair is cut in an absurd manner -- left long enough to fall in his eyes on the left side, and shorn to barely an inch on the right. His blue eyes are a shade lighter than Morian, being the only true difference between them when they're pretending to be each other.

History:

Beirin might not have been the clingy one in the beginning, but he never protested his sister's presence. In fact, he loved that he was so central to someone's life. When their father first separated them to teach him about dyes, he found his attention and interest wavering, as he constantly wondered where Morian was and what she was doing.

It's for this reason that he so easily agreed to Morian's grand plan to become identical. Back then he had no clue what that truly entailed, and by the time puberty started to rear its ugly head, he was already so accustomed to the act that taking a female role during the times Morian felt too female to pass as a male was just another everyday thing.
