Jaita

Jaita is a delicate flower, a socialite who loves to throw parties, an air-head, or a complete waste of air, depending upon who you talk to. While it's true that she couldn't care less for the more weighty matters of the Clan (like the war, or war training, or clan leadership), she isn't quite as brain-dead as her detractors believe her to be. Jaita knows, when you come down to it, that there has to be some way for the Clan to relax, that there has to be some comfort for them to come home to, and has made that her goal in life.

So, while she does throw frequent small parties, no two exactly the same in style (she's enjoying the ability to learn of how other cultures spend their free time), she's also working behind the scenes to keep the Clan comfortable and welcoming to the other members, along with the Headwoman. In fact, she's the entire reason the Clan is beginning to have servants at all.

Jaita is the child of a Greenrider mother and a Brownrider father. As such, she expected to stand as soon as she could, and did. She stood through several hatchings before finally being accepted by Syroeth, but doesn't resent the multiple disappointments in the slightest.
