::General:: December is a quiet beast, reserved and thoughtful. Much more philosophical than her father, December tends to keep to herself, devoting herself to filling out and restoring 'the Underground', which is her own small complex. She's something of an artist, though she keeps all prospective art and poetic pieces in her head, and she enjoys and respects good artists and their work. She can seem apathetic, cold, and distant, and while the first adjective is sometimes true, she doesn't mean to be distant-- it just happens. She carefully thinks about everything she says or does, because drama is not her thing. She is responsible, though she tends to avoid people and crowds, and deeply resents being told what to do. She's fine with favors, but frank demands-- no. She won't take those. She is to be respected, not commanded. She's tactful and polite-- aside from her avoidance of people and social situations-- and when she has to associate with people, she won't make [too much] of an ass of herself. Her quietness and apathetic demeanor can be intimidating, but if you befriend her, she makes an excellent friend. Loyal and protective, she lost none of her father's strength, and can be just as nasty as him, should the situation warrant it. She has a strict moral code-- albeit a strange one-- and lives her life according to this. She also does have a capacity for empathy, which surprises most people-- she can be as comforting, or even more comforting, than most people, but she usually only shows this side of herself to her friends. She'll be tactful and empathetic, though, even to a stranger, if she's the one breaking bad news to them. Once they get past the initial intimidation, people find her presence to be quite comforting-- she has an air of self-assured calm that seems pervasive in everything she does, and emanates around her. She's a leader, albeit a loner of one  (i.e, people follow her, though she doesn't have any ambitions to lead, nor does she view herself as one. People just differ to her and she takes things as they come, and otherwise keeps to herself, barely involved in the group of people she 'leads'), and a good one, and her strong presence make those in her company feel secure and at ease.
